It is perfect for icing birthday and wedding cakes, etc. It has a wonderful flavor on its own, but can also be flavored and colored easily, and can be used to model small figures.
Carma Fondant is more resilient than most fondants, making it an ideal ingredient for molding cake designs when working in extreme temperatures.
