- Please include as much address information as possible when placing orders online. Make sure to include all suites, floors, and room numbers – this helps us ensure we get the product(s) to you in an appropriate time without any additional charges.

- We look forwarding to providing you with the best products at the fairest market price. However, no prices are guaranteed until order confirmation is sent out confirming the order with tracking.
- We accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards, for all orders.
- Divine Specialties makes every effort to ship your order the same day or the next day. However, during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders.
- Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday may be shipped on the following Monday due to warm weather.
- Free shipping within continental U.S. is available on all orders over $99 via FEDEX Ground, approx. 5-7 days.
- For faster delivery, you may choose another shipping option at an additional cost.
Returns and Credits:
- Credits will be issued only after delivery of returned merchandise to Divine Specialties and/or after a damage claim has been approved.
- Returned items must be unopened with protective seals intact and a restocking fee of 20% of the returned merchandise value may apply.
- Not all items are eligible for returns. Divine Specialties has the discretion to reject a return for any reason. To find out if this applies to your item, please contact us prior to your order being shipped.
- All orders will be shipped either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
- If a product has been damaged by our carrier, photos proving this claim must be sent to Divine Specialties.
- Shortages or damages must be reported to Divine Specialties within 24 hours.
- Customers are responsible for cost of shipping items back to Divine Specialties. All Return Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- If all address information is not provided correctly, UPS charges Divine Specialties an Address Correction Fee of $10.00. Divine Specialties reserves the right to charge this amount to you.
- Divine Specialties nor the shipping carrier can be responsible for melting of products. If you are concerned about melting, please contact us and we can provide information on shipping products in insulated boxes for an additional fee.
