Our mirror glaze is a shiny flat surface covering glaze. Very user friendly, it can be poured on mousses, but can also be used with fruits by dipping them in or brushing the glaze on top to keep them fresh and shiny.
Ready to use, Brush on or pour.
How To Use:
Gently heat up the glaze with a microwave to a
maximum temperature of 40°C. Stir well and
apply on top. Let sit until the glaze sets.
